Eat then die

Good health tips from an old man

  • Make good health a priority, not an after-thought.
  • Get on the fast track to good health by determination and consistency.
  • As you age – eat a little less and exercise a little more regularly.
  • Fresh air is essential for good health.
  • Get puffed every now and then so that you breathe more fresh air, more deeply.
  • Sweat and sweat until you drip.
  • When your evening meal is finished, your evening eating is finished.
  • Too many little extras make the hips that little extra.
  • Just because it is edible does not mean that it has to be eaten.
  • A little less on the plate will lead to a little less of the weight.
  • It is not a crime to leave food on your plate.
  • You will not die if you sometimes miss a meal.Colin Perini – creativity

Damn, I never enjoy practical health advice. I like health advice to be so impractical that I simply do not have the time to pursue it. Can I pick a few and live in denial? Adore the last statement though!

  • The unseen threat in all of this is that as peoplefight to downsize weight levels the resultant effect of all of this then emerges as levels of fitness tightens up with less available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an obesity problem.
